Abstract
A disconnect device for suspended lines has: (1) a ground member that provides a supporting structure for mechanically grounding and/or tying the device to a supporting pole and (2) a disconnected member to which a suspended line or cable is attached that is movable or rotatable for detachment from the ground member.
